The artwork ‘Touch of Time #2 Unwind’ is a sequel to an artwork that Kamps previously made for the Amsterdam Light Festival. It consists of thirty light elements that together form the setting of a digital clock. In addition to the exact time, it also displays graphic patterns that reflect the urban image of the environment. The work of art also plays with our personal experience of time, this is accelerated, mirrored, counted down or added and displayed in positive or negative.
