The installation ‘Light-Dark’ consists of 33 different illuminated Plexiglass-objects, which, when viewed from a certain point, form the word LIGHT. But when walking around the installation, the objects turn into abstract images, just stating the opposite at two fixed angles. From those places, meaning emerges in the chaos and we are reminded that flexibility and movement can yield new perspectives and insights.

Marko Bolković began his career as an electrical engineer, then studied sound engineering at the SAE Institute in Ljubljana and provided lighting and sound for more than hundreds of theatre productions, concerts, music videos and films. With his collective Visualia he develops autonomous lighting and media art. Marko also founded Sonitus, a non-profit organization that supports audio-visual artists.
