Stefano Cagol (IT)

With ‘Global Warning’, Stefano Cagol sends an unrelenting and unsparing message. The neon artwork make us think about the causes and consequences that affect both the present and the future. The 2019 work, with a bitter pun as its title, is increasingly topical due to collapsing glaciers, war, and the energy crisis. With this extraordinary installation, Cagol wants to wake us up by giving a final warning.

Stefano Cagol studied at the Brera Academy in Milan and Ryerson University in Toronto on a scholarship from the Canadian government. He works in the field of conceptual art, environmental art, eco- and land art.
