Corpo Morbido

Het Stationskwartier, LUNA’s main venue with the Young Masters exhibition, marks the beginning of the new urban development zone Spoordok, where LUNA will present several projects in 2024. Such as the video installation Corpo Morbido. The artwork includes a station where spectators can model a block of raw clay, which is simultaneously filmed and projected in real time on the facade of het Stationskwartier. The installation thus creates the illusion that the building is being modelled, bathed in the light from the projector, in an ever-changing play of light and

Andreas Zampella (1989, IT) and Luca Mauceri (1981, IT) have been working together since the 2019 Festival La Luna e i Calanchi in Italy, where they experimented with the use of light and video projection. Their research is characterised using primal materials, such as clay in this case, and by the desire to create installations where interaction with the audience is fundamental.
