Perspective
Perspective is a short film about humankind and its place in the bigger picture. By putting the emphasis on abstractions and illumination, from a human point of view, Bas explores the thematic and visual aspects of his street photography. The visual language is complemented by its sonic counterpart.
Bas Hordijk is a photographer and VFX artist, obsessed by the human figure in its surroundings. With his short film Morning Blue, he won the ‘Join the Journey Award’ during the international Project Mars Competition held by NASA in 2018. In 2019 he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree of Design in Image and Media Technology from the University of the Arts Utrecht (HKU).
